This is our return policy. We reserve the right to change this policy at anytime, with or without notice. 

Our Fault

If the item has quality issue such as damage, please email us with attach photos of the damage and let us know what the problem is, within 15 days after the product was delivered. We are happy to help. If we approved, we can send you another one. 

Note: If you don't get the package, please let us know within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

Your Fault

If everything is good, but you don't like the item, or it's not as you expected or you pick the wrong size or color, etc. We can not accept return.
